Job Summary
Partner with Directors of Nursing to elevate clinical performance, support survey readiness, and drive CMS Five-Star quality improvements. Analyze clinical data to identify operational excellence opportunities and lead clinical turnarounds across multiple skilled nursing communities in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Coach and mentor nursing leaders while collaborating on strategic clinical initiatives and workforce planning to strengthen clinical operations. This role involves influencing care delivery across Ascentria Care Alliance's multi-site network to transform resident-centered outcomes and inspire nursing leadership throughout New England.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut
- Five or more years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- At least three years of successful Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, quality measures, and long-term care operations
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire teams
