Job Summary
Serve as the primary clinical resource for Directors of Nursing and nursing teams across assigned facilities; monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards including CMS regulations; conduct facility visits to assess clinical performance and implement best practices; collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with strategic goals; develop and lead training programs to enhance staff skills and promote continuous quality improvement; assist in survey readiness and corrective action plans; analyze KPIs, clinical metrics, and resident outcomes to drive improvement; support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of nursing leaders within the region; benefits include comprehensive health, dental, disability, and vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, and telemedicine resources.
