Job Summary
Monitor assigned facilities for ongoing compliance with State and Federal regulations and assist in drafting or conducting final reviews of all Plans of Correction for the Terre Haute and Clinton region. Provide approval for submission, help facilities regain compliance when deficient, and organize or present in-service materials upon request. Present in-service materials and participate in training newly hired Directors of Nursing. Requires a Licensed Registered Nurse in Indiana with two years in long-term care and knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
- 2 years of experience in long-term care
- Well versed in both State and Federal regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing at the facility level preferred
