Job Summary
Regional Director of Clinical Services overseeing multiple assisted living facilities to ensure regulatory compliance, standards of care, and operational policies. Lead nursing services with an active RN license, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of nursing service administration experience. Role requires traveling between facilities and ensuring facilities comply with state and federal regulations, standards of care, and internal policies. Includes collaboration with professional teams to support quality resident care and a supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of experience in assisted living facilities
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of assignment/employment
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or four to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have proven leadership ability with a minimum of five years of experience in nursing service administration
- Must be able to travel between facilities
