Job Summary
Regional Director of Clinical Services overseeing the Clinical Services department across multiple assisted living facilities in the region; responsibilities include ensuring facilities' compliance with State and Federal Regulations, Standards of Care, and Operational Policies, exercising independent judgment and administrative authority, and leading quality resident care through strong nursing leadership. Requires an active RN license, a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in nursing service administration, and the ability to travel between facilities. Location: Durham, North Carolina (travel between facilities required).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in assisted living facilities
- Current, active RN license in the state of assignment/employment
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in nursing service administration
- Ability to travel between facilities
