Job Summary
Regional CNA Instructor will lead nurse aide education across the assigned region, including preparing lesson plans, delivering CNA training classes, guiding nurse aide students through testing and certification, evaluating proficiency, and communicating student progress to facility administrators. The role requires travel to SNF locations within the assigned region, policy and curriculum updates, and active support of CNA training and retention initiatives. Candidates must hold an active Texas RN or LVN license and be able to conduct lectures, clinicals, skill check-offs, and assessments in accordance with Texas Nurse Aide training standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current Texas RN or Texas LVN licensure.

- Current Texas RN or Texas LVN licensure
- Experience teaching CNA training or nurse aide instruction
- Knowledge of Texas Nurse Aide training curriculum
- Strong communication and classroom management
- Ability to travel to SNF locations for trainings
