Job Summary
Regional Navigator role connecting youth with services in Region 8 East Metro (Minnesota) through trauma-informed, victim-centered approaches; builds partnerships with shelters, service providers, educators, law enforcement, and community stakeholders; coordinates safe harbor program activities, leads trainings, oversees a 24/7 helpline, and conducts case consultations and data reporting; role offices at Brittany’s Place in St. Paul with regular travel to community engagements and events; requires Bachelor’s degree, relevant social services experience, and preferred professional licensure (LSW/LPCC).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, social services, psychology, or a related field
- five years’ experience working in a social service setting
- Hold a professional license, such as LSW or LPCC strongly preferred
- Two years of experience related to sexually exploited youth or trauma services preferred
- Nonprofit experience and experience with Safe Harbor or related grants
- Valid driver’s license and insurance; dependable transportation for traveling to community partners and events; ability to drive
- Ability to clear a Department of Human Services background screening
