Job Summary
Senior Regional Relief Chef Manager needed to travel across Ferndown and surrounding Dorset sites, covering planned/unplanned absences, leading multi-site kitchens to Caterplus standards, providing training on Textured Modified Foods (TMF), and maintaining health and safety compliance. Role requires senior kitchen leadership, strong people management, excellent customer service, ability to adapt to multiple sites, and driving a full UK licence with own transport. Car allowance and mileage are provided. 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, across sites in Ferndown, Dorset; no late evenings.
