Job Summary
Relief Chef across Kent and surrounding areas with Caterplus/Elior. You’ll cover planned and unplanned absences across multiple locations, lead kitchens, maintain Caterplus standards, train on Textured Modified Foods (TMF), build relationships with managers and operations teams, model high health and safety standards, and adapt to varied sites. Requires full UK driving licence and own transport; benefits include car allowance and mileage, flexible working, generous holiday entitlement, pension and wellbeing perks. 37.5 hours per week, no late evenings; travel across Kent and surrounding communities; senior-level kitchen leadership and mobility to step into different sites as regional expert.
Required Qualifications
- Senior chef experience
- Calm, organised and confident under pressure
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Strong kitchen management and people leadership
- TMF experience helpful, though training provided
