Job Summary
Conduct in-person parish evangelization and retreats across your region, including weekend Mass engagements, youth group nights, parent gatherings, and school faculty/student retreats. Collaborate with partners to create prayer-centered experiences while assessing partnership strength onsite and answering questions about app access and Catholic teaching. Gather feedback from parishioners and leaders to refine programming and support online training for parish and school leaders. Travel approximately 15 days per month during heavy periods and 5 days during lighter months, representing Hallow as a credible voice for the faith in communities throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Strong public speaking and storytelling ability
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Availability on nights and weekends
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Ability to adapt quickly and engage with new communities
- High energy
- Comfortable working in a travel-heavy, variable schedule
- Ability to deliver missions and retreats in both English and Spanish
