Regional Ministry Consultant

Recruit and onboard church leaders to deliver Upward Sports programming, cultivating trusted-advisor relationships to drive engagement and retention. Execute plans to address programmatic challenges, implement best practices, and oversee event logistics as assigned by the Partner Experience Director. Coordinate with internal teams to support leaders and participants while representing Upward Sports' mission in all communications. Attend weekly devotion time and deliver an annual service to foster team unity. This role requires 30% travel annually and a BA/BS degree, with two years of sales experience preferred.
