Job Summary
Regional Merchandising & Foodservice Specialist responsible for on-site merchandising visits to assigned convenience store accounts, executing store resets, maintaining planogram compliance, promoting new foodservice programs and launches, and building strong customer relationships through regular field engagement. Requires strong customer service, merchandising and planogram execution experience, willingness to travel, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Education includes a High School Diploma (required); some college coursework preferred. Typical duties include merchandising visits, replacing discontinued items, optimizing assortment, and supporting foodservice initiatives across assigned accounts.
