Job Summary
Regional Mentor focused on developing and delivering both classroom and field training for sales staff and agents in the Rivers/Nigeria region. Responsible for designing training assessments, tracking KPIs and targets, driving 100% adoption of technology-based tools (Litmos) across field teams, maintaining training materials, and mentoring field-based staff. Will coordinate with the Training Manager on content, ensure timely policy/training updates, gather feedback on new tools/products, manage knowledge platforms, and support learning through the Litmos LMS. Requires 2+ years in training/coaching (preferably in sales/marketing), a degree in education or related field (preferred), strong Microsoft Office and visualization skills, excellent communication, and willingness to travel frequently to remote areas.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years background in training and coaching; preferably in sales or marketing
- Degree in education, or related field is a plus
- Ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment
- Diligent, accurate, reliable
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other visualization tools
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Willingness to travel frequently to remote areas
- Excellent communication
- Territory knowledge (added advantage)
