Job Summary
Deliver classroom and field training while designing assessments and improving training materials under the guidance of the Training Manager. Maintain set KPIs, ensure 100% adoption of technology-based work tools, and drive engagement on the Litmos learning management system. Collect feedback on new tools and processes, communicate policy updates, and administer knowledge-based platforms. Induct and mentor field-based staff, ensuring consistent learning performance through data tools. Requires 2+ years in training/coaching, degree in education preferred, and frequent travel to remote areas. Based in Portharcourt, Rivers State.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years background in training and coaching
- Ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment
- Diligent, accurate, reliable
- Skilled in Microsoft office and other visualization tools
- Good problem-solving skills
- Think beyond the box
- Flexible to travel frequently to remote areas
- Conversant with the use of smart phones and phone applications
- Excellent communication
- Territory knowledge
