Job Summary
Deliver classroom and field training while designing assessments and improving training materials to ensure 100% adoption of technology-based work tools. Maintain set KPIs and training targets by driving consistent learning performance through data tools and managing knowledge-based platforms and Litmos engagement. Provide induction and mentoring to field-based staff, ensuring timely communication of policies and updates. Collect feedback on new tools, products, and processes to support accelerated learning performance across the region.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years background in training and coaching
- Ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment
- Diligent, accurate, reliable
- Skilled in Microsoft office and other visualization tools
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexible to travel frequently to remote areas
- Conversant with the use of smart phones and phone applications
- Excellent communication
- Territory knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in education, or any related field
