Job Summary
Deliver classroom and field training while designing assessments and improving training materials to ensure 100% adoption of technology-based work tools. Maintain set KPIs and achieve training targets through data-driven performance monitoring and Litmos engagement. Ensure timely communication of policies and training updates, then collect feedback on new tools, products, and processes. Induct and mentor field-based staff, running knowledge-based platforms and administering their operations. Maintain territory knowledge and travel frequently to remote areas to support consistent learning performance across the region.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years background in training and coaching
- Ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment
- Diligent, accurate, reliable
- Skilled in Microsoft office and other visualization tools
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexible to travel frequently to remote areas
- Conversant with the use of smart phones and phone applications
- Excellent communication
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in education, or any related field
- Background in the areas of sales or marketing
- Territory knowledge
