Job Summary
Regional Memory Care Specialist responsible for supporting memory care and health services programs across Oakmont’s communities in Northern California, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to Oakmont standards. Will assist in recruiting and onboarding new Traditions Directors, coach and retrain as needed, conduct Traditions Program Audits, participate in policy development, and assist in new development openings including team hiring and training. Requires 2+ years as a Traditions Director or equivalent in dementia care with management experience, high school diploma plus BA/BS in gerontology, psychology, or social work (or 4 years related experience), ability to speak at public events, dementia trainer qualifications, RCFE Administrator Certification willingness, DOJ background check, clean driving record and reliable transportation, strong leadership and communication skills, budgeting and HR/hiring knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 100% within the portfolio; residence in Northern California preferred.
