Regional Membership & Data Specialist, Northern Region

Job Summary
Oversee regional membership recruitment, enrollment, and retention while maintaining accurate member records and daily attendance data in MyClubHub. Serve as the primary technical contact for staff, providing troubleshooting, training, and guidance to ensure consistent data tracking and program compliance. Generate reports for grants and organizational requirements, conduct routine audits for data integrity, and travel between assigned sites to support families and staff with enrollment questions and policy updates. This role requires proficiency in MyClubHub, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
- 2 years equivalent experience
- Ability to travel regularly between sites within the assigned region
- Ability to work some evenings and potential weekends
- Must be of the mental and physical capacity to observe, interact, and communicate with youth, staff, volunteers, parents, etc. at Club sites to ensure safety of the space and others, provide guidance and reflection per the Club priority outcomes and goals
- Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time throughout a shift
- Ability to operate various types of general office equipment including PC, telephone, copier, etc.
- Ability to travel between sites within the assigned region, including driving as needed
- This position is safety-sensitive
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University or 2 years equivalent experience is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, data management, or membership coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management software (e.g., MyClubHub or similar platforms) is a plus
