Regional Medical Science & Clinical Training Manager leads design and execution of clinical training programs for healthcare professionals, including hands-on workshops, simulations, proctorships, and wet labs; develops omnichannel learning solutions and simulator ecosystems; builds and manages KOL networks; collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory to align clinical education with product launches and market needs; establishes Centres of Excellence, conducts Investigator-Initiated Studies, and contributes to scientific publications; ensures compliance with healthcare regulations; requires 5–8 years in clinical training or medical education and strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
