Job Summary
Conduct in-person orientation for new providers, run assessments, and lead skills workshops to ensure timely progression through the training program. Engage with low-performing providers to improve clinical performance, develop action plans, and recommend Performance Improvement Plans. Adjust provider schedules to match training needs and seasonality, while securing backup coverage to prevent office closures. Respond to urgent medical complaints, investigate safety reports, and implement corrective actions. Review candidate qualifications, conduct on-site interviews, and make hiring recommendations. Serve as the Clinical Lab Director and Radiography Safety Officer, providing peer-to-peer consults and monthly pNPS reviews. Circulate among staff at assigned offices on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to model high-performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA in Pediatric or IM-Peds residency training program
- BC/BE with the ABP or ABEM/AOBEM
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification
- Licensed in the state where the site is located
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
- Training and quality improvement/process improvement experience
