Job Summary
Medical Manager to provide medical guidance from Medical Affairs to marketing strategies across areas including Marketing, Sales Force training, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs. Responsibilities include medical support to functional areas, development/review/approval of promotional material, training the Sales Force, building relationships with medical community, evaluating business opportunities medically, supporting New Product Introduction committees, ensuring SOP and regulatory compliance, updating prescribing information, strengthening affiliate involvement in clinical research, and generating real world evidence. Minimum requirement is a medical degree with post-graduate studies; 1-3 years in Medical Affairs or medical practice; travel availability. Location is Munro, Buenos Aires, Argentina; travel up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree
- Postgraduate studies or master's degree in any medical field/specialty is mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical practice
- Good English language communication skills, both in written and oral form
- Good interpersonal, organizational and supervisory skills
- Availability to travel
- Adaptability, Integrity and Teamwork
