Regional Medical Advisor

Regional Medical Advisor responsible for identifying, mapping and profiling thought leaders in a given therapy area; engage identified key thought leaders through medical affairs activities aligned with the strategic plan; execute the medical affairs strategy including medical education, product education, evidence generation, advisory boards, pre-license activities and special projects; act as a therapeutic area scientific expert to discuss data with leading physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific societies; support optimal patient outcomes by communicating data, knowledge and insights to healthcare professionals and the organization; represent the organization on internal and external scientific platforms; collaborate with the therapy lead to develop the Medical Affairs Strategy, analyze disease trends and treatment patterns, and contribute to annual plans; process scientific information requests from physicians; ensure alignment with COBE policy and compliance guidelines; collaborate with thought leaders on therapy-specific reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, and publishing in journals; develop an optimal training plan to disseminate latest medical developments to sales and marketing teams; lead efforts to identify knowledge gaps and contribute to new product ideation and development of differentiated products.
