Job Summary
Map and profile thought leaders within the assigned geography and therapy area, engaging them through medical education, product education, and evidence generation activities. Execute the annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plan by conducting disease trend analysis, gathering insights on treatment patterns, and collaborating with specialists to publish therapy-specific reviews and meta-analyses in reputable journals. Represent the organization in internal and external scientific platforms while handling complex inquiries from healthcare professionals and ensuring all promotional materials adhere to the Code of Business Ethics. Develop strategic medical action plans to address knowledge and practice gaps, supporting optimal patient outcomes through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS with full time post-graduate qualification of at least 2-years' duration in any discipline of medicine
- M.B.B.S with M.B.A. from a reputed institute
- Fresh postgraduate or up to 2 years of experience in Field based Medical Affairs
- Strong academic record
- Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area
- Strength in research
