Job Summary
Regional Mechanical Operations Manager to lead and optimize mechanical/HVAC operations across assigned branches and regions. You will standardize processes across service, retrofit, and project execution, drive KPI-based performance, oversee regional P&L, support budgeting/forecasting, and develop high-performing field teams. The role emphasizes safety compliance (OSHA/NFPA), customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, with travel to regional sites and strong collaboration with Branch GMs, Service Leaders, Sales, and Safety to align with ModernControls’ values and Astra Service Partners’ framework.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC operations leadership
- Proven experience managing multi-branch or regional operations
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
- Deep understanding of service and project-based mechanical operations
- Experience leading large field teams and developing leaders
- Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
- Leadership competencies including accountability, communication, and strategic thinking
