Job Summary
The Regional MDS Nurse Consultant will develop, monitor, audit, and modify residents’ care plans to meet individual needs and goals. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical and operational leadership, identifying centers needing quality and regulatory interventions, leading regional operations personnel, and facilitating clinical competency with local/state/federal agencies. The candidate should have experience in skilled nursing facilities and possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing, along with a nursing license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Regional MDS Nurse Experience Gained in Skilled Nursing Facilities
Desired Qualifications
- Specific training in gerontological nursing
