Job Summary
Lead Asia region Master Data Management expansion within FPSO, enriching content and ensuring governance. Coordinate data migration and validation across SAP S/4HANA, EBX, and related systems during migrations, replacements, migrations, and M&A initiatives. Model and publish master data references, enforce data quality checks, and ensure alignment with Group practices. Collaborate with DT&A, MDM SBS, and other FPSO members to implement data standards, drive continuous improvements, and manage the migration lifecycle from scoping to reconciliation. Manage data integration gaps across front and back offices, gather requirements from business stakeholders, and support change management with training and Hypercare. Requires strong experience in Master Data processes for Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling, and the ability to work across time zones. Travel willingness and fluency in English are required.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years minimum of strong operational experience in Master Data or related domains
- Master Data experience across business applications with strong focus on SAP and data integration tools
- Experience in IT projects including end-to-end process design, deployment, and project management
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and drive gap resolution
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel within the Group when required
- Leading business/engineering education or equivalent with major in Information Systems and/or Finance/Accounting and/or Process & Organization Management or a BSc with equivalent experience and project management certification
