Job Summary
Execute regional marketing initiatives across the West Region by collaborating with the Regional Marketing Manager to translate strategy into action. Manage external and internal marketing activities, including designing collateral for sales enablement, supporting broker and digital campaigns, and coordinating go-to-market materials for property launches. Partner with market-level Leasing & Marketing Coordinators to drive business-impactful programs, while overseeing digital processes for content creation, email marketing, and paid media. Track performance metrics to inform future strategies and administer departmental operations, including invoices and business expenses. Work three days per week in Los Angeles, California, with a Bachelor's degree and five years of marketing experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of marketing and communications experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- In office expectations of three days per week, subject to change

- Entry level skills of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity supporting development, real estate, or complex product marketing campaigns
- Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed
- Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes
