Regional Marketing Manager, Trauma APAC

Job Summary
Develop and execute regional portfolio strategies, commercialization plans, and launch excellence initiatives to accelerate growth across the Asia Pacific. Drive product lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, and forecasting while gathering market intelligence and Voice of Customer insights to inform strategy. Lead business planning, annual operating plans, and marketing strategies, partnering with Global teams on new product development and market evaluations. Collaborate with Health Economics and Market Access teams to support pricing, reimbursement, and evidence generation, while delivering regional professional education programs and sales enablement. Build strong relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders, and AO faculty, and lead digital marketing initiatives supporting enabling technologies like navigation and robotics. Contribute as a member of the Regional Trauma Leadership Team to foster cross-market collaboration and talent development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Regional experience
- Strong strategic marketing experience
- Strong commercialization experience
- Strong digital technology experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated success delivering business results in a complex matrix environment
