Job Summary
Act as the primary resource for branded marketing systems and conduct audits to ensure content accuracy and SEO health. Support paid media strategy and collaborate with sales to optimize revenue. Analyze performance data to improve channels and consult with General Managers on property marketing budgets. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management is required, with 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Field Marketing or Digital Marketing experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in hospitality digital marketing with a focus on Select Service brands
- Ability to travel to properties within the region as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with Marriott Digital Services (MDS)
- Experience with Hilton’s Amplify program
- Experience with IHG’s marketing toolkits
