Job Summary
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with regional business objectives, focusing on dental laboratory growth and digital workflow adoption. Adapt global campaigns, sales assets, and event materials for the North American dental laboratory market while supporting go-to-market strategies for new product launches and service offerings. Monitor brand KPIs, assess tactical execution, and leverage insights to recommend strategic improvements. Develop integrated marketing programs that increase awareness, lead generation, and technology adoption within dental laboratories. Partner with Academy teams to promote educational programs, workshops, and webinars, and manage social media presence for the Design Services team including content planning and performance reporting. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content showcasing case studies and workflow expertise. Requires 3-5 years of marketing experience, 20% travel, and a hybrid schedule in New Providence, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs, customer engagement initiatives, and brand strategies within the North American market
- Experience managing social media channels, content strategy, and digital engagement programs for business audiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical, commercial, and customer audiences
- Ability to balance long-term strategic direction with practical implementation and execution
- Willingness to travel to industry events, customer sites, and strategic partner meetings throughout North America
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- International and Domestic Travel: 20%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the dental, dental laboratory, medical device, or healthcare technology industry preferred
- Strong understanding of the dental laboratory ecosystem, including CAD/CAM workflows, digital dentistry, scanning technologies, restorative workflows, and laboratory production processes preferred
- Understanding of the medical device regulatory environment
