Job Summary
As a Regional Marketing Manager for Trimble in Japan, you will lead marketing efforts for the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner-operator) business, focusing on lead generation and revenue growth. This strategic role includes developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, collaborating with local sales teams, managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, and designing localized event strategies. You will create Japan-specific content, optimize digital marketing efforts, and manage regional budgets, driving brand awareness and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience in Japan, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology organizations
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record in demand generation, field marketing, event management, and integrated campaigns
- Strong proficiency with Marketing Automation Tools (MAT), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
- Excellent ability to build relationships and align priorities across sales, product marketing, and global teams
- Knowledge of the Construction industry and understanding of its unique issues and personas is highly preferred
- Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
