Job Summary
Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned regional businesses, building trusted relationships with local leadership to understand market needs and priorities. Analyze marketing performance to identify opportunities for improved lead generation and brand awareness, then develop and present regular reports with actionable recommendations. Coordinate campaigns while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget, partnering with external agencies to optimize paid search and local advertising. Maintain website content and localized materials, adapting corporate strategies to meet unique regional market requirements. Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and share best practices across the organization. This role offers broad exposure across digital marketing, analytics, and strategic planning within a multi-brand home services organization investing heavily in its marketing function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably supporting multiple locations, regions, or business units
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Local Service Ads, or similar digital marketing platforms
- Experience managing website content through platforms such as WordPress or other content management systems
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and project management software
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly collaborative
- Location: Remote (U.S.)
- Travel: Occasional travel to regional offices and company events
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within home services, restoration, construction, franchising, or agency environments is a plus
