Job Summary
Develop and implement annual marketing plans for the German market across Immunohematology and Quality Systems portfolios, aligning with global product strategy. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and diagnostics market to support sales, while driving revenue growth through localized strategies and competitive analysis. Gather market intelligence and Voice of Customer insights from key accounts, conduct SWOT and Mekko analyses, and enable the German sales team with adapted messaging and collateral. Manage the German marketing budget, ensuring activities remain within plan and reporting on ROI. Support product launches and expansions in Germany, build relationships with key customers and industry influencers, and collaborate with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams. Requires fluent German and English, 8+ years in diagnostics marketing, and up to 50% travel within Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in diagnostics marketing
- Strategic mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Strong business insight
- In-depth knowledge of Immunohematology and/or Quality Systems products, technologies, and applications
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Strong business English
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing activities that drive product adoption, with strong accountability and follow-through
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, and Marketing Communications teams
- Willingness to travel within Germany (up to 50%) and occasionally internationally
