Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Field Coordinator is responsible for supporting local community marketing execution, collaborating with Sales leaders and New Home Consultants (NHCs) to fulfill requests for marketing materials. Key duties include overseeing community launch execution, coordinating marketing events, managing signage inventory, and acting as a liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 0-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination role, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0 - 2 Years of experience required
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator
- Computer skills and competencies are required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, Canva, Airtable)
