Job Summary
Regional Marketing Director role focusing on Europe, based in London or Derby. Drive region-specific marketing strategy for Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace, manage budgets, lead regional events (airshows, conferences), develop Airframer relationships, support active sales campaigns with RFP responses, and deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, guiding regional teams, coordinating marketing communications, and promoting Rolls-Royce products and services while ensuring alignment with the regional business strategy.
Desired Qualifications
- MSc in Air Transport Management (Cranfield University) highly desirable
- Other relevant Engineering qualifications desirable
- Minimum 5 years experience in a management role within the aviation sector
- Strong commercial awareness and airline industry awareness with a keen understanding of the civil aviation market and needs with respect to Rolls-Royce products and services
- Membership of recognised Marketing Institution (e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing)
