Job Summary
Screen prospective residents on acute and community settings, performing clinical and financial assessments to determine admission appropriateness. Design marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and fundraising letters while establishing relationships with media representatives and senior citizen groups. Coordinate special events and manage the advertising budget across radio, newspaper, and television channels. Maintain census data, customer satisfaction records, and monthly quality assurance reports. Act as the primary liaison between the facility, families, and referral sources to ensure efficient pre-admission processes and accurate care matching.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent management skills or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
- One year experience in a marketing role or similar experience
Desired Qualifications
- Three years of related experience in Long Term Care
- Previous experience with developing and maintaining client relationships
