Job Summary
Regional Marketing Analyst supports the execution and optimization of database marketing campaigns across multiple properties, aligning with corporate objectives and reinvestment guidelines. Responsibilities include segmentation, offer creation, QA of campaign builds, deployment, and performance tracking. Builds campaign lists using Excel, Access, SQL, and SNOWFLAKE; extracts and analyzes customer data; collaborates with property marketing, analytics, IT, and corporate teams to drive guest engagement and revenue performance; supports testing initiatives and pilot programs to improve segmentation and offers; ensures data integrity and compliance across properties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in database marketing, CRM, or casino marketing analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and Access required
- Working knowledge of SQL preferred
- Experience with campaign management platforms and BI/reporting tools preferred
