Job Summary
Regional Marketer Liaison responsible for developing and maintaining the facility's marketing and public relations programs, increasing census, and educating staff. Duties include creating/editing policies for release of information in line with Privacy Rules, collaborating with the Administrator and department directors, organizing and directing PR/marketing activities, and promoting the facility's programs and services. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications (or related field), minimum 3 years in marketing/public relations (healthcare preferred), strong organizational/communication skills, ability to work independently and with others, and knowledge of regulatory/compliance standards. Certification in Marketing or related field and proficiency with marketing software/tools are preferred. Leadership/mentoring skills and adaptability to evolving marketing environments are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or public relations, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Experience with educational program development and implementation (preferred)
- Certification in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in marketing software/tools
