Job Summary
Drive adoption and expansion of RenovoRx's TAMP™ therapy platform across the South Central United States by promoting, selling, and supporting the full product portfolio to meet or exceed sales objectives. Manage the sales process from inception to client success, including initial outreach, contracting, and VAC submissions, while developing strategic business plans and territory mapping to identify key customers. Build and maintain relationships with interventional radiologists, oncologists, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers to educate physicians on clinical data and procedural best practices. Partner with Clinical and Marketing teams to support investigator-initiated studies, clinical site onboarding, and training, and monitor competitive activity to provide timely feedback to leadership. Submit timely call reports, expense reports, and sales forecasts while maintaining high compliance standards. This role requires extensive travel (75%+) within the territory and includes a base salary of $160,000 with uncapped variable compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales
- Strong clinical aptitude and ability to learn complex procedural and anatomical details
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts, drive adoption of novel therapies, and consistently exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory
- 75%+ travel availability
- Acceptable Candidate Location: Dallas, Austin, Houston, or San Antonio
Desired Qualifications
- Experience launching new products or therapies in a start-up or early commercialization environment
- Established relationships in interventional oncology, GI oncology, or hepatobiliary specialties
- Familiarity with hospital value analysis committees (VAC)
- Experience in interventional radiology
