Job Summary
Implement regional engineering strategies aligned with global goals while standardizing processes and driving performance through key metrics. Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies, maintaining a regional capability roadmap. Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent, building succession plans and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to exchange knowledge and drive strategic projects that optimize cost and streamline operations. Work across U.S. and Canadian operations with up to 75% travel, reporting to global leadership at a Jabil manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 8+ years in manufacturing or engineering management
- 5+ years in capability deployment
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills
- Technical acumen
- On-site at any U.S. Jabil manufacturing facility
- Up to 75% travel across U.S. sites
