Job Summary
Manage execution of Manufacturing Development programs and initiatives across assigned facilities, ensuring consistent application of training standards, certification processes, and TWI methodology. Support onboarding, skill progression, and workforce flexibility while leading Training Coaches and regional teams through coaching and performance monitoring. Partner with HR, Operations, and plant leadership to align workforce readiness with safety and quality objectives, maintain certification documentation, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years in manufacturing or workforce development, 2+ years of leadership experience, and up to 30% travel. This role directly influences training effectiveness, certification readiness, and operational safety across global manufacturing locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing, workforce development, training, operations, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Up to 30% travel
- Must be able to meet the qualifications noted in the company's Driver Management Program
