Job Summary
Manage execution of Manufacturing Development programs across assigned facilities, ensuring consistent application of training standards, certification processes, and TWI methodology. Support onboarding, skill progression, and workforce flexibility while providing leadership and coaching to Training Coaches, Supervisors, and regional teams. Monitor training effectiveness and workforce readiness KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, maintain certification documentation, and partner with HR to support hiring decisions. Directly leads training teams with up to 30% travel. Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years in manufacturing workforce development required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing, workforce development, training, operations, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Up to 30% travel
- Must be able to meet the qualifications noted in the company's Driver Management Program
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing training and workforce development
- Lean, TWI, standardized work, or CI experience
- Experience with LMS or digital training platforms
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
