Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Savannah and Augusta, Georgia, by leading geographically dispersed teams, managing financial performance including NOI and budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance with SHFA and governmental commitments. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction, while resolving complaints and recruiting high-performing associates. This role requires up to 75% travel between properties, a valid driver's license, and experience with affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, USDA, Section 8, and HOME. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' experience working in affordable housing programs
- Experience with LIHTC
- Experience with USDA Rural Development
- Experience with Section 8
- Experience with HOME
- Experience with the rehabilitation and lease up of communities
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager
- Experience with RD 515
- Fair Housing regulations
- Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
