Job Summary
Regional Manager responsible for a defined Illinois region, overseeing 8-12 Sales Representatives, developing sales plans and targets, hiring and coaching a high-performance team, delivering leadership in individual and group settings, providing product-knowledge and territory-management training, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, achieving quarterly and annual regional sales targets, and facilitating extensive travel within the region to drive sales performance in a doctor-driven medical-device environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of sales experience or 4 years Align sales experience
- Previous experience in sales management from a medical device company, preferred
- Documented track record of performance, achievement, and excellence in sales and sales management
- Travel requirements – extensive travel within your region, which may include overnight travel
