Job Summary
Regional Manager leads and develops a sales force of 10-25 reps within the Great Lakes region, coaching and developing Area Managers, hiring and training new managers, presenting and selling company products to current and potential clients, identifying targets, maintaining client relationships, and driving market share. Role requires traveling up to 75% of the time to visit auto dealers, developing sales materials, and coordinating with marketing events. Candidates should have 5+ years of sales management, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field; proficiency in MS Office is required. region-based residence is expected.
Required Qualifications
