Job Summary
Regional Manager responsible for overseeing multiple multifamily properties in Texas, driving financial stewardship and capital expenditures, supervising contract services and operations, analyzing rent rolls and budgets, and leading marketing initiatives to minimize unit downtime while achieving occupancy and financial health targets. Partners with VP and Regional Service Manager to ensure budget adherence, capital project execution, and compliant contract management; leverages data-driven insights and software tools (Yardi PMS, RentCafe, MS Office) to optimize performance, turnover, and submarket positioning; requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills and travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of management experience
- Multifamily property management experience
- BA or BS preferred; proven industry experience will replace
- CPM and applicable State Brokers License preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
