Job Summary

Regional Manager overseeing a portfolio of luxury apartment communities in South Florida, accountable for operational excellence, financial performance, occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and team development. Leads and mentors Property Managers and onsite teams to achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer-service goals; conducts property visits to assess operations, curb appeal, maintenance, leasing performance, and asset condition; partners with Property Managers to execute business plans, leasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and resident retention programs; monitors occupancy, renewal performance, delinquency, and collections; analyzes financial reports, budgets, variance reports, and KPIs to implement corrective actions; prepares and manages annual operating budgets and supports capital planning; ensures compliance with policies and all applicable regulations; oversees vendor relationships and service contracts; participates in property transitions, lease-ups, renovations, and special projects; collaborates with ownership groups, asset managers, and corporate teams to meet strategic objectives; recruits, trains, and develops high-performing teams and fosters a culture of accountability and excellence; supports resident satisfaction initiatives and timely resolution of escalated concerns; identifies operational challenges and implements solutions to improve performance and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum three to five years of experience as a Regional Manager overseeing multifamily communities
  • Experience managing luxury apartment communities, lease-ups, stabilized assets, and value-add properties preferred
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and asset management principles
  • Strong understanding of leasing, marketing, maintenance operations, customer service, and resident retention strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency in property management software (OneSite/RealPage preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Florida
