Job Summary
Provide training, support, and supervision to ensure documentation aligns with all regulations and agency policies. Support staff in efforts promoting professional growth and development while overseeing the successful and efficient operations of the Region. Maintain a flexible schedule, participate in on-call rotation for emergencies, and possess an acceptable driving record and vehicle for all shifts. Pass federal and state criminal background investigations. Join a state-wide agency dedicated to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering an average tenure of over 17 years for managers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Supervisory experience
- work flexible shifts as needed
- participate in on-call rotation and being on-call for emergencies
- have an acceptable driving record & vehicle for all shifts
- able to pass federal and state criminal background investigation
- Supervising experience: 1 year (Required)
- Working with people with developmental disabilities: 1 year (Required)
