Job Summary
Lead on-site integration of newly acquired companies in Pennsylvania, stabilizing operations and executing the HFS integration checklist within 90 days post-close. Own the P&L of assigned branches, including labor costs, gross margins, and customer retention targets, while developing annual budgets and managing weekly financial performance. Directly supervise branch managers and area supervisors, coaching direct reports against performance standards and partnering with HR on regional recruiting and retention. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality and contract compliance, building relationships with key customers and driving retention through proactive account management. Champion WinTeam utilization across the region and identify process gaps to develop standard operating procedures for scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations management experience in a multi-site service business
- Proven P&L ownership — comfortable reading financial statements and managing to budget
- Experience leading teams through change, including acquisitions, system transitions, or organizational restructuring
- Strong people leader — able to build trust quickly with inherited teams and hold people accountable with care
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proficient in technology — experience with ERP or field operations platforms
- Valid driver's license and willingness to be on-site at Pennsylvania locations regularly
- Prior involvement in acquisition integration or post-merger operational stabilization
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or equivalent experience
