Job Summary
Regional Manager to lead regional business growth, client relationships, and operational performance across a portfolio of commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships with developers, consultants, subcontractors, and industry partners; identifying and pursuing new opportunities; supporting proposal development and client engagement; monitoring market trends; collaborating with leadership and preconstruction teams; providing leadership to project teams through the lifecycle; ensuring project delivery within schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction; participating in forecasting, planning, risk identification and mitigation; driving continuous improvement; coaching and developing team members; workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning; contributing to regional business planning and growth strategies; alignment of resources with organizational objectives. Qualifications emphasize 10+ years in related fields, proven client development, understanding of delivery methods and contracts, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, strong analytical and communication skills, and asset consideration of related post-secondary education.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience within commercial construction, design-build, project management, operations, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated success developing client relationships and securing new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of commercial construction delivery methods, contracts, risk management, and project execution
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple priorities
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline is considered an asset
